There are more than 200 species of squirrels which are categorised into Tree Squirrels, Land Squirrels and Flying Squirrels. Apart from their love of feasting on nuts, squirrels are actually omnivores so they like to eat a variety of both plants and meat including, seeds, nuts, fruit, eggs and small insects.

These beautiful toys are made from sustainable alder wood. Every care has been taken to preserve its texture and natural properties during production. Naturally you may see some growth rings, knots, or rough spots. These are not defects or faults. They are made by nature and tell the story of the wood from which is was made and make each piece special and unique.
