Did you know that Kangaroos are the largest marsupials on the planet and that they can’t hop or move backwards? They’re also the only large animals that move by hopping.
The name ‘kangaroo’ comes from the ‘gangurru,’ which is the name given to eastern grey kangaroos by the Guuga Yimithirr people of Queensland’s tropical north.
This little one might not be as big as her real-life siblings, but she will happily hop into any play-based scenarios you can dream up for her.
